Nekton-R is a vitamin supplement to be used during molting, not only to protect your bird, but also to prevent the plumage losing its beautiful colors. It is particularly effective for reds. Frequently those brilliant red feathers end up an unattractive dull reddish brown after the molt. Contrary to popular opinion, this has nothing to do with the how and why of feeding, but depends on how well the bird's metabolism is activated by freedom of flight.
